can I get more than a 10 round mag for M&P 9c 9mm

{thats suppost to be 12 round mag in the title oops} 12 rounds go awful fast at the range, is there a mag for the 9c that carries more?

The mags for the full size (17 rounds) will fit the compacts. The x-grip is great for taking up the space.

Yes you can but the X-Grip also is a must and makes your compact into a fullsize, with a compact you can go larger but with a fullsize you can not go smaller therefore the compact 9 or 40 is always a great weapon just for that fact!

+1 on FS 17-round mags and X-Grip. No other way to take it to the range. ;-)

Can't find 17-round mag

The 9c's ability to take a FS 17-rounder was one of the main reasons I settled on the M&P 9c as my first (and only) EDC.

BUT, in the month that I've had it - and looking at all the online sources, LGSs, etc. - I can't find 'em anywhere. "Out Of Stock."
I've got the X-Grip already, but no mag to put it on. Help...?

Wow and to think for a second ,I was almost going to trade my 17s for 12s
for my 9c , whew glad im not real impulsive wow!

For my 9c I have one x-grip for my 3 seventeen round mags. I have fired my 9c with the 17 round and NO x-grip many times. I think if I was carrying a 17 round mag as a spare for CCW I think I'd skip the x-grip just so there wouldn't be issues be with the x-grip sliding up the mag and making inserting the mag difficult.

I put a piece of Black electrical tape just above the floor plate of my 17 round magazine. It add just the right about of thickness to make the xgrip fit snug.
