I did say 'magna's to open it up because I got spit when I said '3" N frames." That's what I really wanted to see. Anybody have one set up with a T?

Are T grips marked with the model number? I just bought one that came in a ziplock bag marked #4, for an N frame. It doesn't fit right, and the adapter itself is marked T1 inside. Any chance I have a 'not as described' case...? The non-sealed bag makes me curious. It may have held a #4 at one time.

Do T-grips still come in boxes? I realize there have been some changes in OK since the heyday of T-grips.
As great as they look, this experience has put me off the classic combo of adapter and magna. I still want some walnut RB magnas, but now they will be for pics and not carry, and I won't bother with a T-grip any more. I snagged some great pics from this thread though. : )

To answer your question, no they don't come in boxes anymore. Mine was a recent order and it was shipped in a plastic zip lock and bubble wrapped. But those vintage retro boxes from the earlier Tyler-T's always looked nice.
