They don't list each gun by serial # so that is the most anybody could tell you other than a 44Mag. Sorry couldn't be of more help.

Yes the serial numbers doesn't give the model numbers, barrel length, grip info, sight info or info on any special features. It would take a letter from S&W to tell you when it was shipped and with were the options and barrel length. The letter costs $50 and you can find the form for the letter on their website.
