Can someone suggest a good pocket holster for the Shield?

I have been using my Shield as my EDC and I love it. I got a great IWB holster that I'm real happy with. However, I really don't like the feel of a holster against my skin so I wear an under shirt. This has nothing to do with the holster, it is true of all IWB holsters I've tried. However, there are times it is either too warm for another layer or I just need to run out the door for a quick errand and don't want to hassle with it. For the jeans I wear, the Shield fits in the pocket fine but I am not comfortable carrying it that way without a holster (even with the manual safety engaged). I use a DeSantis Nemesis for my LCP and my S&W 642 and like them fine. However, before I just order another one for the Shield, I thought I'd see what you guys have to suggest. I'd like something as low profile as possible so that the pocket holster won't make it not fit in pockets it would fit in otherwise. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Might try this guy Pocket Holster - Mika's Pocket Holsters I been carrying one of his holsters for a year now. Its worn every day and has held up great. I tried some cheaper holsters and they tended to ware out pretty fast.

Frogger...the Shield is my regular EDC gun and like you IWB carry is not all that comfortable for me. Some swear by it but after trying multiple IWB holsters for other guns, I've yet to find a way to carry comfortably using this mode. Depending on how I'm dressed I either belt carry ("OWB") or pocket carry the Shield. For pocket carry, and it CAN be done depending on your build and size of pocket, I carry in either a Mika or Remora holster. Both are easy to find online sites and info for. "Sticky Holsters" and "Recluse" are two other mfgr's that build for the Shield but I don't know about their products for the Shield. Of the two pocket holsters I have, the Remora is the "thinner" of the two by a small amt making it pretty easy to fit inside a roomy pocket that the Shield will fit into. I've been using the Galco PRO286. It has a reinforced top so it doesn't collapse and the leather is thick enough that the Texas Sweat doesn't get to the pistol.

I just picked up a DeSantis Pocket Tuk. It's a Leather Pocket Holster that just happens to have a removable 360 Clip, in case you did want to IWB Carry.
As you can see, it also has a reinforced top and won't collapse when the weapon is drawn.

I have a friend who swears by Elite Survival. They do not make a pocket holster for the Shield, however. My friend does not use their pocket holsters. Instead, he buys their ballistic nylon inside the waistband with the metal clip. He removes the metal clip and - voila -a pocket holster. Buy the size for the Walther PPS - works great!

They now list the Shield as Size 6, but I know that Size 5C works fine because I have seen a Shield in a 5C.

When I have carried my Shield in my front pocket I've used the DeSantis Nemesis with no probs.

I've got a DeSantis Nemesis and a Remora 6ART for my Shield. The Remora is great for IWB, but the Nemesis is a little better for pocket carry because when drawing it allows for a better grip and it stays in the pocket better. The Remora tends to pull the pocket inside out.
