Seems like a whole lot of "run around" for little gain.

I do not know where you live (what Country) but are you limited to this one and only powder?? If there is no data for it then perhaps it is not a good choice??

Aw, that wouldn't be playing the game. As long as it goes bang, pushes a bullet out of the barrel and cycles the action it's good. It doesn't have to be loaded to +P levels. I don't know how much of that powder he has. Could be 8 lbs.

Agreed, You, I, or lots of others could certainly make this powder "work" with the data available.
It's really not that difficult. If the OP has a chronograph then it's really pretty simple. But as with most things the issue is "blown" out of proportion.
