The politically correct "Holiday" plays and displays are really becoming disheartening and a true pain in the rear! If I'm shopping and don't see a tree I ask the manager where is your CHRISTMAS tree? I will tell people I meet and greet Merry CHRISTMAS! I just don't accept the neutered CHRISTMAS season! If they don't like it I'll get all Medievil on their butt. I advise them not to make Santa mad. Who else can break into millions of homes and show he's been there, but not leave evidence of the crime? Then there is the CHRIST in Christmas.

I went to my grandchildren's CHRISTMAS program at their school this a.m. About as traditional as you could get. Of course it's a private christian school with only 2,000 students K-12. They don't do PC very well.

I had a talk with my daughter's teacher about this. I told her I instruct my daughter not to say Happy Holidays. She is to say Happy Hanukah or Merry Christmas. The teacher is Jewish, and a really sweet woman, but she didn't agree. She felt it could offend some people. I told her it's more offensive that all our traditions are being buried in the name of political correctness. Of course, this is the same teacher that said they don't celebrate Columbus day because, and I quote, "he was a bad man."
