ISMI has springs in 11, 13, 15, 17, and 20 lb variants.

Which one is right for you will depend upon ammunition load and personal preference. Factory weight for a regular M&P9 is 16 lbs.

AH,
I have a 13lb ISMI recoil spring. I put it in a 2.0 Carry Comp.
I have to be 100% honest. I did NOT like the way it returned to battery just hand cycling the pistol… so I swapped it back to factory.
I never did fire it.
It was $16.20 direct shipped, purchased earlier this month.
I got caught up reading the 2.0 Comp was “over sprung”…etc.
Pistol shoots fine… but if you wanted it, I could save you a few bucks… your call.

ISMI are your springs but remember that Glock 19 &17 recoil springs are the same too and they have some 1lb different weight options .
