Carry suggestions requested

3 o clock like how you should normally be wearing it. don't fret about accessibility, when the time comes, whatever position you're carrying it is going to be a bit awkward. even more weird if you go for the gun but it's in a different carrying position than when you normally carry. the stuff about muh seatbelt is baseless paranoia, i've never had a problem with accessing 3 o clock from a seated position

Andrews Custom Leather carjacker holster is a cross draw. He has a video on Youtube. Check it out.

Thank you, many very viable suggestions. However, I fear that I have to muddy the water a bit.

While car magnets look like the perfect off body solution, I personally have a thing against off body carry. Second, it is my understanding that some states prohibit the use of car magnets.

Ankle carry has some appeal, unfortunately my leg injuries kinda negate ankle carry. My left leg is somewhat deformed after a compound fracture and the resultant implant surgery accompanied by a dual aphasiomety (?)in?. That procedure left me with a leg that experiences severe swelling from lymphodema. Ankle carry on the right leg is unlikely due to interference with the post-accident mandated knee brace.

I refuse to consider any form of car carry involving a left-handed draw, because I don't want to sweep any of the passengers in my vehicle.

Appendix carry is also out, because of my build. Almost 16 years of limited mobility has added too many hard to lose inches and pounds, and appendix carry would be defeated by my belly.

Thinking about it, cross draw could be more viable.

Honestly, the jury is still out on how I will do a long distance carry.

What about a vest with a left side chest pocket. You could use a pocket holster or not. I have several vest like this and routinely slip a small gun in this pocket just to do a quick errand. Leave your pocket holster in your pants pocket and when you get out you can discretely put it back in your front pocket.

I've dealt with this for years being in sales and in a vehicle 8-10 hours a day. When I had a car the ankle idea worked well because my ankle was so close. When I had a truck that wouldn't work so I tried various shoulder holsters. What I have found is sometimes it's easier to just make it simple, ie the vest thing. I've even carried an LCP in my shirt pocket with a light jacket over it when in the vehicle. Unfortunately the P365 is borderline too big for some of the easier ways and you may just be best suited to get a shoulder rig.
