Many years ago I carried a 39-2. At that time I had a Bianchi lined belt holster. After picking up a 39-2 for my Son I also purchased one for myself.

I prefer to carry in a paddle holster. I have searched the forum and the web to find a nice one. The best one I found was from High Noon called the Speedy Spanky. However, the 39 was not listed as a do able firearm.

I sent them an email and got an immediate response that the 3913 sized holster would work. Since this holster is pricey and no return on a custom item I want to make sure this will fit.

Does anyone carry a 39 in a holster designed for a 3913? Comments

Does anyone have other recommendations for comfortable paddle holsters for the 39-2?

Thanks

The 39-2 will work in my 6904 holster so I can only assume it would work just as well in a 3913 holster...I use the same holster for my 9mm 3rd gens both double and single stack. Putting a SS in a DS holster works well enough but perhaps not as well putting DS in a SS due to thicker frame on the DS.

The 39-2 barrel will stick out a bit as it's a 4" barrel vs. 3.5" in the 3913 or 6904 but the fit to frame is good. :)

Paddle holsters are convenient... but I'm not a fan.
Bianchi no longer offers their Askins Avenger model but many others do... this is my favorite. Compact & stays where it's anchored on the side belt loop. I carried my M39-2 back in the day & I would carry it today without hesitation.

I recently got this one from Tex Shoemaker holsters. Give him a yell and see what he can do for you.

Paddle rig for a 39-2

If you run out of luck send me a message. I make custom holsters for the 39. Mainly IWB but also pancake. I don't sell but a trade is always interesting
