I picked up some old empty 10 ga brass shells at a garage sale today. They are early Winchester and UMC Bridgeport. All are boxer primed and no cracks or dents, but are pretty cruddy looking. I am wondering if I should try to clean them up or not. (I don't know the protocol for cartridge case collecting.
)
Anyway I have some chemical case cleaner (Birchwood Casey) and a vibrator type cleaner. (Also 0000 steel wool, if necessary.)
Or should I just leave them alone? The object is to make them saleable if I can find out what they might be worth........
