Ok, I live in Alabama so I am used to all the jokes. My points-
1. Here was a lady with an unblemished career as a Corrections officer, a great future and walks into the jail and tells them she is transporting him to the courthouse. No one questions her, she goes out alone with him behind her and they get in the car and leave. Any LE officer will tell you a prisoner NEVER walks behind you and there are always at least TWO people required to transport a prisoner, but no one notices this. In 30 seconds she throws away her future on a 6'9" , 330 lb convicted felon. What was she thinking?
2. It was well planned out as she had $90K in cash, had bought a vehicle to switch to and abandoned it 2 hrs later in TN. LE spends 4 days looking for it and by chance, a tow truck driver in TN sees the news and informs them he towed it in the same day they escaped, 4 days earlier.
3. Two days ago a security camera in Indiana records him abandoning a Ford F150 in a car wash and notifies authorities.
4. Today half the media is reporting they were caught in the same F150 while the other half says they were in a Cadillac. If you look at the pictures, it is a Cadillac SUV that has flipped on the side of the road. Half are reporting she shot herself and is in serious condition while the other half is saying the wound is not serious.
**Fifteen minutes after i posted this, another member posted she had passed away.
Anyway, as far as living in Alabama, I grew up here and wouldn't live anywhere else. 3 hours from the beach, 3 hours from the mountains, I can play tennis 11 months out of the year, friendliest people in the world and you can't beat the food!
Ya'll come see us !
