CCI 22lr Standard Velocity Ammo Deal

WalMart has their Federal Target .22s just slightly cheaper with no shipping charge. The velocity is slightly higher than the SV, but lower than the high velocity version.

Std velocity does not work in several of my semis. High velocity is not approved at my club's indoor range. The Target version satisfies all my requirements.

They DO have a limit. I spent 2 days driving to all 5 local WM stores and bought the limit in each one.

PSA's deal on the CCI SV was for ONE DAY ONLY, just as the give away price on the little KelTec 22 semi auto, $139, sigh, such deals but don't want anything as have enough to keep me very busy for at least 6 months. Thats if I don't get knee replaced…….

I've found CCI SV will work all the semi-auto handguns and rifles I've tried it in. Only standard velocity ammo I've found that works in everything. To me, it's worth spending a little more for better ammo instead of buying the cheap bulk stuff that doesn't work as well.

+1

I have never had any issues with CCI products they have always been quality which is why I went ahead and grabbed up a bunch at what today is a reasonable price.

And .22 is one cartridge you can't reload.

I finally got into the farm store...got the last brick of the Armscor 22 LRHPs for $19.90. No more in stock..all gone. CCI SV was $4.49/50. Considering I have at least 10,000 rounds of 22 I think I am ok. I did buy 10 boxes of Blazer Brass 9mm 124 gr. 12.90 box. Like I need it but ya never seem to have too much ammo. As others have said I think we are at the bottom price wise cept for sales. It would be nice to be wrong

I have seen CCI STD-VEL from $3.59 to $3.99 locally. I've not bought any but buddies have been buying weekly. This past week Wally World had best price, Bridgeport Equipments was $3.99. In shops saw it for as much as
$4.49.

I [picked up 14 boxes of CCI Green tag last week. Stored on a shelf in an outside un heated building for about a dollar a box. Surprisingly no FTFs or anything. Don't know how old it is but at the least the labels are faded pretty badly. I've only shot about a box in my 41s. and a few in a Rem target rifle. The 41 shoots 'em ok the rifle better but that's probably me. .

THAT was exactly what I was saying. The bulk FED target flavor works EVERYWHERE.

OTOH, the SV does not.

Price change

"Is there a code? I'm seeing it at 39.99 a brick."

Looks like they raised their price. Try Ammo Seek website..:)
