I tried some a few years ago. It was just as reliable as any other CCI rimfire. Both the SV and HV clean ammo was a little less accurate than CCI standard velocity in my CZ 452. In general it was a lot like MiniMags when it came to functioning in my semiautos and accuracy.
If you are looking for the best possible accuracy 22s can be very picky about ammo. Same goes for reliability in a semiauto. It might not be the best for your guns but in general the CCI clean seemed similar to other CCI rimfire ammo.

I concur with Dave Lively above - it was slightly less accurate for me.
For my best accuracy in my M41 I use CCI 40 Gr. standard velocity. In my Revolvers normally 40 gr. CCI Mini-Mags and from most rifles CCI 40 Gr. Mini-Mags.
For me, most Eley ammo if horribly inaccurate. I have tried 4 different versions of the Eley and do not use it anymore.
