My daughter turns 21 tomorrow. COVID killed her high school senior trip to Mexico, and college (Washington University in St. Louis) has kept her busy since. She moves back to WashU the end of the month, and she'll be studying in London in the spring.

So she wanted Vegas on her birthday, and here we are. Mystere tonight, Ruth's Chris at Harrah's on her actual b'day, Hoover Dam Thursday, and plenty of other tourist moments until we fly back to flyover country Saturday. Her brother started coming on the boys trip every fall he turned 21, so I can't blame her.

Happy 21st to your daughter, and keep your eyes on the skies and the weather forecast. It's flash flood season here.

Yeah, she's been sharing various viral videos for a week. Had fun pointing out where the various videos were filmed on the drive from the airport this morning. Can't let what might happen slow your roll.

My one nephew turned 21 last February. I don't have any children so I don't know what they are into nowadays. So to get him something I figured nobody else would get him, I got a large birthday card and stuffed it with 21 $2 bills. He and his mother (my sister) thought it was a pretty cool idea.

Been taking the kids to Vegas since they were able to go to Disney Land. Love Vegas for a visit but, not to live. If you need another good restaurant try Echo and Rig. Way off the strip but, WAY worth it.
