Well I decided to pick up a cheap Centerpoint at Wally World the other day. After reading mixed reviews, I thought I'd either get a dud or a good one. With the 90 day return policy...I thought why not.

It took about eight rounds to get it sighted in. I did noticed it got a bit blurry at full magnification, but overall it is a very clear scope. It is as clear as some of the Nikon's I own.

I was using the cheap 55 grain Wally World Federal American Eagle ammo. I'm very impressed with the groups I was getting at 100yrds. If this thing holds up, it will be one of the better purchases I've made in a while. $55 bucks! Next time out I'm gonna try POI using different magnifications and the mil-dots.

lol mine lasted about 10 trips ( aprox 150 reounds per trip) then it wouldnt hold zero and every shot the crosshairs would move. It cant take the recoil I went with a nikon after that. I hope you have better luck then I had.

Yep, that's what I'm afraid of. Keeping my fingers crossed. :D

I have one that I have had on a few different rifles, it started out on a Mauser 98 Custom in 8x57mm, then went to my Cybersport, then went to a Marlin 336 and after that it went to a Ruger 10-22 and then went to a Mauser 98 custom in 308 and now is waiting on its next rifle. I have had it about 6 years and never had a problem with it. I must be lucky or I just got one that all the pieces fit together right, I hope you have the luck I have. My Dad put one on a 25-06 and it works great also. We have had no recoil induced problems but my fingers are crossed while I am typing this LOL :D
