Cerakoting an M&P 22 Slide

I have a friend that did it. I was not impressed at all. It didn't look bad but it failed to hold up to frequent holstering. I had the Ionbond treatment done on mine and it was worth it! My next slide will go to Dave Severns for his Hard Hat treatment. I've seen it done on a few 1911's and it's pretty awesome. Dave quoted me $200.00 for the slide and barrel.
