Besides S&W, who would do a 929 cylinder? I emailed Clark Custom and they said they won't do it.
Are the titanium cylinders that much harder to do?
Any info would be appreciated

Thanks avery

Yeah, I thought a bunch of things were supposed to be done at the custom shop on the 929, but it wasn't.

Weird....in the evaluations, magazine articles and photographs I've seen they are chamfered. Have you called Customer Service? Perhaps this included upgrade was not completed.......your gun was missed?

Mine seems to have a tiny edge cut on the titanium, and a little more on the extractor star. One thing to consider is that the entry point of the cylinder is larger than the 627 8 shot. While my 627 was chamfered by a well known revolver smith for faster reloads, I'm going to try the 929 without cutting the cylinder.
I use a .358 Bayou 135 RN in Starline Colt Short, with Hearthco moon clips for my wife's 627PC, And will shoot the exact round and moon clip in the 929. And yes, I will have to separate the brass and size the 929 with a 9mm die after its first firing.
