Change safety to left hand

Yea, just bought a M15 22 cal. MOE. Can I change the safety to left hand? Thanks

To my knowledge all AR have right hand safety only. You can add an aftermarket on but cannot just swap from one side to the other. Unless I don't know something about the 22lr AR

Yes you can.

The safety is held in place by a detent and spring that are found under the grip. Just loosen or remove the grip and switch the lever to the other side. The rear takedown pin is the same way, so be careful not to lose or bend the springs and detents when you put the grip back on.

Update

I did change it to a left hand safety. Had to have the hammer down to accomplish the change. Thank you for the input.
