Many years ago while traveling in the beautiful state of Wisconsin I was introduced to CHEESE CURDS. For those not familiar they are moist, soft, salty, peanut sized cheese pieces that are brutally addictive. When really fresh they make a squeaky sound when you're eating them. A few years ago my wife and I were back in Wisconsin and I introduced them to her. She became an immediate convert too! Here's the question.
The other day she told me if I wanted to do something really nice for her on Mothers Day I could get her some cheese curd. Great idea but where? I've never seen them in these parts and I don't know what online service might provide really good and really fresh curds. Can any of you folks advise and help me get my wife something she really wants?
