The following is from the sticky - READ this > RULES on HOW to use the 2A Forum
While we do allow limited discussion about cases related to the 2A, this one is a bit different. It alleges that a dealer made numerous sales to one or more individuals and should have recognized them as straw purchases. It's a bit of a grey area. As I understand it, dealers are required to report multiple sales that occur within a week to the BATF. We'll see if the dealer did his part and complied with the requirements or was negligent.
We all know how the anti-gun crowd operates; they chip away at our rights, any way they can. The allegation that the dealer is selling "thousands of crime guns every year" seem ludicrous, but time will tell. If the dealer is in fact a bad player motivated by greed, he's part of the problem and gives 2A supporters a bad name. If this is a frivolous case, he'll hopefully be vindicated. This case bares watching.
There's really no action that can be taken at this time. We do ask you to support the NRA and let your elected representatives know how you feel about further erosion of our 2A rights. You voice, you vote and your financial support does matter.

This forum is about ACTION that can and should be taken to protect or advance the cause of freedom.
Ideally, we should see nothing here that does not pertain directly to threats to or expansion of 2nd Amendment RIGHTS.
That means this forum is about PENDING LEGISLATION and responses from legislators or the actions of legislators or about PENDING CHANGES in carry permit laws and issues.
Court Cases directly related to the 2nd Amendment can be discussed.
