Paws? That is weird.

I had some in Hong Kong about thirty years ago as part of a dim sum lunch. Flavor was pretty good, but mighty chewy with little nourishment in recompense for the mandibular effort, in my opinion.

How do people eat 'em in the US?

When you are trying to get people to pay $1.98/lb for chicken feet, marketing them as 'paws' might improve your chances. Sometimes I think a modern chicken must weigh 15 pounds. For all I know they may have paws that weight in at 1/4 pound each. Didn't Captain Nemo experiment with food sources in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea?
