I have a friend here in Colo that has an elderly mother who needs to sell some guns in AL. I said I would ask if anyone on the forum has a dealer who is fair and honest and would be willing to handle the sales. Most likely consignment but would probably be willing to sell to a honest dealer.

Friend is not sure of the number, quality or condition of the guns.

K38, I'm not a dealer or expert but I am honest and have a soft spot for the elderly so if I can help let me know. I could take a look at what she has or maybe take pictures and post them here if that would help.

Just to state that a dealer may be helpful but private sales are perfectly legal in this state.

Man I am clueless. I asked what part of AL (I deleted my comment) and the whole time it was Childersburg. I guess thats what you get when you go down the line opening threads in different browser tabs and just reading the threads as you go and not really paying attention to the titles at the time.

Best of luck in getting them sold. It really requires someone who is very trustworthy to assist in this. Several of the above fit that to the tee.
