Something like an AR7 that comes apart and the pieces can easily be hidden in the tubes of the wheelchair and pass right through metal detectors.

Something light and easily handled with one hand like the Uzi or the Kel-Tek break-down rifle. But be sure to tell him to lock both wheels when shooting or the recoil may cause him to spin. :D

It's not a long gun but at least he could shoot while spinning his wheels. "from dusk till dawn" off the IMDB website.

Kel-Tek break-down rifle.

x2

Sub 2000 in 9mm or 40SW. 4lbs unloaded. 16" OAL when folded. Will accept +P ammunition, 9mm will hold 17 in the grip, also 32rnd mags available. Accurate and effective up to 100yds.

I like the paratrooper carbine idea myself.
Lots of shots, good acuracy out to 100yds, light weight, light recoil.

Of course the little gun built up by Mag Pul and will fold up and fit in your back pocket.
