Had a local woman robbed at a local 7/11-- the guys forced her outside where upon she pulled her gun and shot him twice. God only know what she may have saved herself from. Thing is, from what I know about 7/11 she will lose her job. However, she has her life so the trade is worth it.Hopefully someone with sense will offer a job worthwhile.

Women working solo as night clerks need as much protection as possible. Thank God she prevailed.

No one should work a job which exposes you to threat from the public yet forbids you to protect yourself... REGARDLESS or how much it pays. No job and no amount of money is worth it. I'm glad this lady was able to save herself. She wins two ways: She is alive and unharmed and she can leave a lousy stupid job with an out-of-touch employer in her rear view mirror. I'm very happy for her.
