Is anybody else more in the Spirit this year? Not sure why but I feel more Christmasy than I have in years. I can hardly wait to give Mary her gifts and then get started on Christmas dinner. I've been whistling carols for two weeks. Maybe it's the blood transfusion I got a couple of weeks ago. For those with a bah humbug spirit I recommend the transfusion with glee!
Merry,Merry Christmas to all here-in and Happy New Year. :):):):):):)

Last year at this time I was still getting Immunoglobulin infusions and wasn't feeling much of anything.
After being on disability for a year our finances are stretched thin but things are starting to come together.
Anyway, we're planning on driving and visiting family and friends for the holidays. I'm really looking forward to it.

I have always believed in the saying "happy wife happy life"...we are having a great Christmas this year...next year who knows....hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Merry Christmas to you Ron, and all.

Ron, you sure do know how to earn easy likes. :D:rolleyes:

I'd like to add my wishes for a Merry Christmas to all my forum friends.

Merry Christmas to all.

My wife is flying around the kitchen making things for our Christmas party, and decorating when she stops cooking long enough.
I have been prep cook and potato peeler and she will have some other
things for me to do as soon as she catches me on here.

Happy New Year to everyone too.

OK Russ, report to the Red Cross immediately. I think you need to DONATE some blood! :):)

Oddly enough, I'm a former multi-gallon donor. I can't anymore because of the LAD stent and prostate cancer (probably in remission, especially after all that radiation) but I wouldn't give the Red Cross the time of day anymore because of financial scandal and their demonstrated inability to NOT ask for donations resulting in over 100,000 pints being burned 60 days after 9/11. If I could still donate, there is a hospital in my vicinity with a private blood bank.

I wish Christmas would start a few hours before midnight Mass and end after dinner the next day.

I will, however, wish all here and all their loved ones Merry Christmas and a happy, prosperous new year.

Russ

Merry Christmas. Hard to say if I'm more into it this year. It's hard to not get in the spirit with 3 grandkids running around.

Well I received the usual stuff, some new jammies, two pocket sized multi tools and a large bag of Jelly Bellys. But Mary was holding out on me. I received a nice Browning pocket knife. A very pretty thing with swirls and decorations. It is Japanese made and very sharp. I've got several users so the new one will go in with the collectibles.

Best.

Christmas.

Ever.

God gave Luscious a seizure in June.

Without it, they may not have discovered the brain tumor and she may not have been here to celebrate this day.

Miracles do happen.

God Bless Us One And All.
