Clean that new gun!!

Just bought a new M&P 9c today, took it home stripped it down and found all kinds of metal shavings inside. Can't imagine what it would have done to the gun had I fired it before cleaning it. Just remember, if you have a new gun and don't clean it, don't blame the gun if you have a problem. By the way, this is one sweet shooting pistol!
