cleaning methods?

anyone here with an m&p 9c? if so, what are the cleaning products you use and your methods? please share your experiences regarding frequency and any other specifics deemed pertinent.

im somewhat a clean freak so take it for what its worth. i completely disassemble mine about twice a year. every pin spring etc. i spray everything down with simple green and brush clean everything completely. i then take and wipe everything down using Break Free CLP and reassemble. a drop of clp on contact points and grease on the rails.
other than that i do simple cleaning after each use with a bore brush and mop, toothbrush on exposed areas, and light coat of clp on everything. i use kroil for fouling and clp for everything else. i like to do a basic cleaning each week if im carrying frequently.

I clean the frame with a tooth brush and some CLP. The slide, barrel, and spring I run through a parts cleaner (transmission fluid), it takes 5 seconds. Wipe down and done.

This of course doesnt include cleaning inside the barrel. Some Hopes9 a bore brush and some patches. All in all it takes me about 5 min and I do it when I feel it needs it. So that could be once a year or once every 3 moths. I also dont clean after every range trip.
