Are there any cleaning / lubricating products I should avoid with Polymer?

Normally I clean guns with Hoppe's #9 and lubricate with CLP or Hoppe's Elite oil.

Will any of them damage / discolor the Polymer?

Most gun oil's or cleaning solutions will say if they damage polymer or not. CLP Break Free doesn't harm the polymer but they have another product that does. Make sure you read the label before putting it on the firearm.

Most products are polymer safe, but check the label as they will be clearly marked. In general if it's not polymer safe I want to avoid it anyway.

Hoppes 9 and Breakfree CLP are both suitable.

I use birchwood casey synthetic safe gun scrubber and there dry moly lube along eith outters oil on the barrel

There's a non-plastic safe gun scrubber spray out there. Watch out for that.

I use CLP for everything- and maybe a blast of synthetic gun scrubber to get the rimfire **** out of the gun after a lot of rounds.

Try a light touch of Tetra Lube, it works very well on my M&P 15/22. After breaking in my M&P, I cleaned and oiled up with Tetra Lube and she works 99.99999% error free with CCI Tactical ammo. Bolt cleans up in a snap, over all great on weapons.. Good Luck.
