Clip Grip?

In Ohio they used to be illegal in a vehicle.

They're legal now, but I think they're still a bad idea.

I don't like any method of on body carry that doesn't cover the trigger guard.

Nothing new. A redo of a Barami Hip Grip.

Wonder if they had to pay Bianchi a royalty for the name?

I have a stainless clip that goes under the cylinder on the right side of the revolver. I thought that was what you were talking about until I saw the link. Anyway, they're similar in that they tuck over your pants or belt without a holster. I put one of the above mentioned clips on my M642. It shifted around way too much for me.
I'll stick with a good holster.

I have used a Barami Hip Grip for years. Before them I would tape a popsicle stick to the grip. Carry inside your waist band, tuck your shirt in and than blouse it to cover the butt and you can go anywhere there is not a metal detector. Never heard of a revolver going off unless someone was carrying it cocked. Carrying a striker fired or internal hammer auto that way is a good way to shoot yourself. Larry

I had a "Clip Draw" on one of my 640-1's.

Was reasonably secure and easy to carry, but I never got used to the spring clip blocking the cylinder when reloading...

I took the damn thing off after shooting a couple of cylinders of Magnum loads out of this pocket powerhouse and got one of Bell Charter Oak's pancake holsters....

... which is, in my view, a far better solution.
