Cokes????

I have been collecting firearms, or maybe buying more firearms than I sell for about 45 yrs.

Recently I have been seeing more references to "cokes" and I am not familar with the term. Never heard it before in my long life.

Can someone enlighten me as to exactly what is meant by the term and where did it originate?

Target style grips that came on 29 and 57 S series (ser # prefix) They have a unique coke bottle shape when viewed from thee rear. Viewed from the bottom they have a more oval shape than standard targets. I had some on a 57 at one time.
