I mentioned these in another thread and I suppose some may want to see them-a Safe Keeper III and a Safe Maker I the dagger ain't technically "legal" to carry in WV but in the rural areas I don't give a flip but I do not tempt fate in town, that's where the single edge Safe Keeper III comes into play,in WV any knife under three and a half inches and single edge is good to go.

I wear the thing out in the open in town and no one bats an eye.

I like to have a fighting knife with me as guns are mechanical devices and can/sometimes not work, also a gunfight can get uncomfortably close and a knife makes an opponent regret getting too close to me,I've not only got teeth I have claws!

One thing I've come to love with push knives:you can have them in your left hand while you use a pistol, quite a handy weapon.

I've always admired them, and would carry one if I could, but they are highly illegal to carry here in the Great State of Texas.

I carry two blades every day. An SAK I'm never without and one of my assortment of folders, so I'm not uncomfortable with knives. Thing is, I can't see any use for a push dagger other than defense or attack, ergo, it would be tough to explain having one or more on your person should you be requested to empty your pockets by law enforcement. MHO you understand.

I carry a Gerber push knife every day. I carry mine horizontally on my weak hand side. I clip it to 2 belt loops, one on the pants and the loop that is on the belt itself. It is not my primary self defense weapon. I carry it weak side to defend my gun hand in case of a scuffle.

The safe keeper III is actually a decent "utility" knife that just happens to be really good at being a fighting knife :D

The other one, daggers are just made for fighting,in the back country I give zero frigs about it.

I carry it (well actually at home in the rural area I live in I carry BOTH of them) appendix right against my belt buckle so I can get at it with either hand, the SKIII is better for this as it's shorter, the longer I carry at about the seven on the left side.
