collectable dolls

No jokes fella's. My wife has a few collectable dolls she wants to get rid of but I don't know anyone who is into this stuff or what they are worth.
Most are odds and ends but she has a complete set of Little Rascals dolls, the 12inch porcelain ones, there are eight or nine in the set. All are in the box and never taken out. She also has a lot of Gone with the Wind dolls.
Any help or advice will be appreciated, no Ebay though-too much hassle.

May be too much hassle to list on evilbay, but you can at least shop on it and get some pricing idea for the dolls.

Do a search on doll forums or a google search for Little Rascals doll's and see what turns up.

You can also post them for a local sale on Craigslist.

About a year ago I sold about 20 or 25 items on Ebay. I started out slow with 3 or 4 cheap items to get the hang of it. I never put more than 5 items on there at one time to keep it simple. I think if you give it a try and take it slow it want be bad. Try a few items and see for yourself. Don

checked on the internet and these things are all over the scale-no consistancy at all in the prices.
I really need to find an expert or a true collector to give me some advice, I don't want to rip off anyone but I don't want to get ripped off either.

I don't think so, most of her stuff is the porcelan type dolls.
she has so many I don't know how she keeps up with them.
