Nice to see, but a new .38/.357 3" Diamondback would be a much better carry gun, and would offer the same pleasing aesthetics.
Depending on how nice these are I might have to look into adding one to my new King Cobra...Depending on how nice these are I might have to look into selling my new King Cobra...
But, you can't add it to your cart, sold out I guess? Go figure
Just got first in line at my gun shop for this when one comes in! Thanks' for the heads up 18DAI.Davidsons has them up on their site. Thats where I got the info from. Regards 18DAI
Actually I was shooting my 8" Blue Python this morning, I find that the extra weight dramatically reduces muzzle rise over a standard profile barrelThe Python was built on the original model Trooper, so you probably are not missing out on much other than the weight that comes with the full under lug barrel and vent rib of the Python. I have found the 6 inch Python to be more than heavy enough and the 8 inch Python is unwieldly.
Great, now maybe I will find one of the 4 inch models at a reasonable price.
I agree, they'll probably only go up as the years go by. Better get em while they're hot and I'm not missing out this time around. I too am first in line at my LGS for the 3", already got the 4.25".Can get them at MSRP all day long. Don't plan on doing much better than that, they seem to be holding a solid base price.
Not to mention, it was the Holy Grail of the old Pythons to have.Talked to my dealer and gave him the info. His distributor said everything was already in the system and he feels the guns will be shipping soon.I am first in line and pretty confident about getting one.The 3 inch is the best pointing and has the best balance of all the barrel lengths IMO.I always coveted my 3 inch 66`s, the Python will be next to it when it comes.Fingers crossed.
Sold it at the right time. Gonna be difficult to flip nowA friend at the last Tulsa show in Nov sold a 3" Python new in the box, 3 smoke rings on the cylinder for $6000. I don't think I need one.

The trick to marketing is not to make too many to fast and keep the customers looking and talking about the excitement of the hunt and the find.
