Colt M1908 .380 Value

Hi:
A friend of mine has been given a Colt M1908 .380 Pistol.
Finish is fair to good but the weapon is functionly.
grips are original and complete.
What is the ball park value?

My unscientific guess would be about $350 and up. I've been on the scout for one for a while, and even poorly finished ones are at least that.

The 1903 .32s are more common, and tend to bring less money.

One of the LGS in my area has one in the cabinet in similar condition to what you describe. They are asking $395 for it. Hope that helps.

The .380 is a lot harder to find than the .32 I would think more like 500.00 .
