So, Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson were on a camping trip.

About 3 AM, SherlocK elbowed the ever faithful Watson in the ribs and urged him to awaken, and "tell me what you observe" ?

"Ah ! well first, I see the constellation Aquila,..... I see Aries The Ram just over to the left,..... over here I see Cavis Major, and of course there is the magnificent Ursa Major " !

Sherlock : "No Watson you fool,..someone has stolen our tent " !!

This is flawed: Watson would know that's CANIS Major, not CAVIS Major.


BTW, what we call common sense is really deductive reasoning ability. Not a lot of people have it in abundance.
