I just got my Comp Tac Victory holster for my Springfield XDM 5.25" .45 last week.
This past weekend I was checking it out and noticed the retention is super tight. About 75% of the time on the draw the gun will not release from the holster and I have to reach over with my left hand and hold the holster to get the gun out.
This happens with the retention screws as far out as I can get them (without them falling out). I've emailed Comp Tac and am waiting to hear back from them - but wondered if anyone else had the same experience. Other than that issue I really like the holster and would like to get it working as intended.
I'm wearing a Wilderness Instructor 1.5", 5-stitch belt - so belt stiffness isn't an issue - and the belt is super snug.
