Went out today with my sigma 40 for the first time and it jammed for the first two mags(every frikkin round) JK! 150 rounds of complete hapiness no jams no ftf, fte, cfc, erg, dvd, just a really solid pistol shooting decent ammo! Had so much fun, wish it wouldnt have rained though. Pistol does shoot low and the trigger does take 25 rds or so to get used to, but f@*k the sigma haters, its an amazing pistol and I will now save up for a 9 sigma!

Keep on

Your trigger finger will get stronger and the gun will smooth out. I took out the pigtail spring but it made little difference. Hold the sights on the target while you make a straight pull. No, it ain't easy but you will keep at it and get better, and better, and better and finally you'll be telling that to the next newbie. :):D

definately going to wait out the trigger coming around, going to keep the trigger standard. I cant wait to go again though, once again S&W has me addicted.

Sounds great. A good gun and forget the bashers.
It does want the sights on the target, not lollipop like most of us were taught.
Mine does best with 180grs. And like any other mechanical device it requires a break in period.

Have fun.
