Old Faithful. Same design as Crossbreed but if you buy the kit it is half the price. Also, the leather and the kydex is thicker...just my 2 cents.

.380 or .38?

For either one, I have used the same holster: Uncle Mikes.

It's inexpensive, and you can easily unstitch the clip and re-stitch it to get the proper angle and height. It is also very comfortable. I've had the same one for 3+ years now.

Here it is with my .380 (I no longer have the .38) and yes, I used blue thread. I have it riding pretty low and it stays very secure.
