The New York legislature passed an even more restrictive gun law ladder night which is expected to sail through final approval this morning. Part of it limits magazines to no more than 7 rounds. Assault weapons currently owned will be grandfathered, but will have to be registered. This was done late at night in a closed door meeting because they didn't want to give people time to panic and buy anything they don't already have.

I don't know of a semi auto pistol that holds less than 8 rounds...so that's and any currently owned semi must be registered, and no more may be purchased?!..

More than 7 Rounds? What the world....might as well get a musket gun cause that's how fast you'll be reloading each time at the range.
