Considering a 4006

Stopped by a LGS at lunch today and they have a 4006 with 4 mags in the used case for $399. My wife has a 6906 that I like to shoot so I'm thinking a 4006 would be a logical addition since I already reload 40 S&W. Does the price seem reasonable?

Yes, very reasonable with 4 magazines. Does it have fixed or adjustable sights?

At today's prices that is more than fair, if it's a TSW run back and buy it. The 4006 is my favorite .40, a pure joy to shoot. I can run 600 rds through it and my hand does not feel like it was hit by a hammer the next day. Next you'll be looking for a 5904/6.

Yep my 6906 was 95%, 2 mags for almost $500.

Although my 6904 was 100% with 3 mags for $325 haha

I know the LGS you are talking about that has a 4006 for $399 and 4 mags.

Today I stopped by Vance's and they also had a 4006 for $399. Looked pretty nice in the showcase. Don't know what comes with it.

Have a friend that bought a 4006 a couple months back to go with a Kel-Tec Sub2000. Seems he got a smoking deal on the Kel-Tec because it was the model configured to take the 4006 mags and not one for a Glock 40. Never knew anyone made a pistol caliber carbine that took 4006 mags.
