The bill was referred to the House Judiciary Committee back on May 6.

If it passes both Houses, the bill would take effect 60 days after being signed by Governor Tom Wolf.

GOA says "States that have adopted Constitutional Carry rank among the safest in the nation, as repeatedly demonstrated by states like Maine and Vermont that always rank near the top of the list of safest places" and states that "Constitutional Carry would make Pennsylvania safer and freer", but they don't offer any statistics or documentation to back up those statements.
