Correct Owner's Manual for Model 4586

Could anyone advise what is the proper owner's manual that would be provided with a Model 4586. I've seen some manuals on e-bay but am uncertain which would be correct.

As an aside, I recently acquired this pistol and had Novak's replace the sights. I replaced the recoil, hammer, and magazine springs. It functions flawlessly and is superbly accurate at 25 yards.
