Cost of hammer pivot pin replacement

I have a no dash L frame at the factory for a hammer pivot pin replacement.
It's old enough that it's not covered under warranty.
Haven't got the estaminet yet but I'm wondering about how much it will cost to replace the pivot pin?
I have no idea what the cost will be and was wondering if I should start shopping for a new 357?

I had one replaced on a 66-1 years ago. Luckily it was under warranty but I can't imagine it would be too expensive, but I'm just guessing. Even if it was $400, and I do t think it will be that much, it's still cheaper than another gun of that era

You almost never hear anyone say: I wish I hadn't bought another L frame.

If you listen closely, I think you'll hear a 3 inch 686 Plus calling your name.

They'll fix you old 686 cheap, or if you're lucky, free.
