It's on — a drag race of epic proportions. It's the world's fastest four-door sedan, the Tesla Model S P85D, against Australia's fastest
four-door sedans, the Supercheap Auto Racing Holden Commodore V8 Supercar and the Walkinshaw Performance W507 HSV GTS.

Strap on as we see who wins — USA v Australia.

While the Tesla Model S P85D is faster, the experience isn't the same. I will always lean toward the fuel burners when it comes to the driving experience. It's the rumble in your seat - the smell for the exhaust and the noise that is part of the experience that the smooth electric motor doesn't supply.

Thanks for posting though - I enjoyed the clip. After test driving the Tesla, I may change my mind!!:D

I was really surprised......

Electric cars can go like wildfire. People are getting REALLY high performance out of them. They may be inherently superior to mechanical in some ways. But me, too. There is a visceral pleasure in handling mechanical power. Motorcycles, airplanes, big guns. Most of us should be able to relate to that.:)

Check out WannaGofast.com at Heavens Landing in Georiga.

See how people racing sedans and sport cars spend their weekends.

Their is a Corvette in one of the videos that clocked 203 mph

Cars are supposed to run on fossile fuel, a vehicle that has the same powersource as Your sisters sex toy is not a car ;)

There is no loss of energy withe Telsa. All the power is directly put to the wheels. It is kinda amazing!:)

Now about that price:eek:;)

Please refer to the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.

Is that the one about poop flowing down hill.

Or

Is that the one that says never argue with a woman. They are more experienced at being adamantly irrational than you and they have no respect for your facts or logic or reason.
