could you identify this knife??

Hi..i am very new, and obtained a knife at ayard sale....have never seen one like it, and would like to find out the history and vaue of the knife, any help would be appreciated. Thank you Note: the knife is all one piece, fold into itself , and has Smith and Wesson emblem on each side.
