Cringe Worthy Customer Service

I am sorry for your trouble. There must be some bug in their system that causes them to pull a replacement which exactly matches what you send in - I'm guessing here, but I would be willing to bet that they scan it in or keystroke it in and enter some code related to replacement and then someone at the other end of the chain pulls the stock. The fact that it happened more than once tells me that something about their system is malfunctioning.

I cannot see how you have done anything wrong, and it sounds as if you have been far more patient than I would have.

I hope you are not paying shipping. Perhaps a really nice phone call to a supervisor along with a request that maybe they could send an extra 10 round full size for your trouble. . . . :)
 
Here is what I'd recommend. tell them the model number of the gun you have example: 109201. This may help get the right mag.
