I generally am not a fan of crows. Nothing personal but they can be jerks. A few months ago I gave some of my sandwich scraps to a pair of crows that hang out near my home. It eventually turned into an afternoon ritual. A couple of times in the past they have brought me Alder cones and left them on my deck rail. Today I went out and found a partial roll of electrical tape on the rail. I can't prove it was them since I didn't see it but I live out of town and I cannot imagine anyone doing that. I have given up on ever receiving a Rolex but at least the tape was a useful gift.

Set out a picture of the Rolex you want and a 1/2 cup of corn worth a try anyway.

Corn might work but I have found (thanks to my daughter bringing me a bag) that crows absolutely love Dino-Nuggets.

Crows can be funny. One day I pulled into the Sunoco station at the Route 97 interchange of US 15 outside Gettysburg. There was a crow eating French fries out of a fry holster (that's what they call them at Roy Rogers Restaurant) that was sitting in the top of a trash can. I guess the crow wanted take out and it picked up the whole fry holster in its beak and flew off with it.

Crows are very smart critters. They can recognize different human faces.
