I bought a Pearce Grip - Grip Extension model #PG-MPPL and modified it to work on my CSX.
I attached some cell phone pictures but they aren't the best. The big picture is the outside perimeter on the extension needs to be trimmed to the same level/profile of the original base pad (pics 2&3) so that the mag will fully insert. I trimmed it with a fine hacksaw blade and the touched it up with a box cutter and a file. I'm sure there are better ways to make the cut. If I had to do it again I would try a cutoff wheel on a die grinder and I would leave some material on the front to hold the floor plate up into the magazine better (pics 4&5). Once the mag is inserted the floor plate is held in by the mag-well. I've put about 50 rounds through it with no issues. I might be concerned about the floorplate moving if I were carrying the mag as my spare but it now stays in the gun when I carry. This is on a 10 round magazine.
