I really like this Crimson Trace Laserguard LG-489 for my 9MM Shield. I'm SERIOUSLY considering purchasing one for myself. I'll stick with the "red" laser type since the LG-489g (green laser) is ridiculously priced at the moment.
My only "concern" is the activation button under the trigger guard that your middle finger activates. I love the fact that the activation requires you to only grab the pistol.
However, does the activation button location hinder the hold, grip, feel, or am I putting way too much thought in to this?
This is the most ergonomically fitted laser I've seen for the Shield I've seen. It flows well with the shape of the pistol, but of course fit and function is the most important.
Thoughts by any owners of this accessory? My LGS has them priced very well (under $175) and I may get this by this weekend.
