The judge involved in the gun owners lawsuit has informed the lawyers that he is ready for a decision, without hearing the oral arguments.
This does not bode well for gun owners of CT, as the exact same thing happened in NY. The NY judge upheld most of the SAFE Law without listening to oral arguments.

As it stands now the anti gunners know that outright confiscation is not doable, "yet". They are vigilant and will attempt disarmament by every means possible. This new angle of passing ridiculous safety acts has absolutely zero to do with safety or stopping those intent on doing harm. These safety acts are nothing more than back door gun control. They know it and the courts know it. Still the nonsense prevails.

I would venture to bet that the only reason a S&W revolver is wearing an IL is because of similar ridiculous requirements that were passed in the Commiewealth of MA back about 10 or so years ago. Coincidently just about the same time the IL appeared. I'm sure S&W bent over backwards to accomodate its state of residence. Many many other manufacturers said good bye, as S&W is now doing to CA. The selection of gun makers here in MA is nil. No Glock, Les Baer, Kimber etc.....

The NRA is our only saving grace. I believe it should be a requirement to be a member of the NRA in order to be a member of this Forum. People nit picking over whining. That is the least of our worries.
